Returns Policy

With Ushop Online Ltd, you can be sure of consistency, world-class home products and electronics that meet the highest global quality and safety, delivered in spec and on time. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item.

Product Returns:

We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply does not fit your decor. If you are unsatisfied for any reasons with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 90 days from the date of delivery.

For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

To request a return, an exchange, or refund, please email us at roheel.hussain2017@gmail.com. Stating your reason of return and attach images/video of the product. Once your request is approved, we may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).

We do not refund or return original shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item to Ushop Online Ltd. In the event that you are unable to ship the item out, we will process a return shipping label. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your the original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a refund refund. Contact us via roheel.hussain2017@gmail.com to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide the order details, including order number, receiver's name and/or email address. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
 
Order Cancellation after Shipment:
If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a refund minus a flat recall fee of £15. After receiving the returned item, the refund minus a flat recall fee will be credited back to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.
 

Returned Products:

For any item returns, you can request a return label. Please notify us in advance for any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return. We will require images and/or video of the product as well as the package box.

 
Defective Item:
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem, please contact us at roheel.hussain2017@gmail.com before returning the item.
 
Received the Wrong Item:
We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you free-of-charge return shipping label. After receiving your returned item, please send us an email to roheel.hussain2017@gmail.com indicating your order details. We will, upon request, send you the correct item or issue the refund.
 
Item Damaged during Transit:
In the unlikely event your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at roheel.hussain2017@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a refund can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and receive confirmation.
 
Missing or Lost Item:
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at roheel.hussain2017@gmail.com with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package. Process will likely to take 7 days until a formal confirmation can be received from the shipping company.
 
Additional Information:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The following are items are exempt from your returns policy (e.g., underwear, socks due to hygiene reasons)

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. Women’s underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact. Men’s underwear and swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Refunds: (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Regular and Sale items both may be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Your legal rights:

When you buy goods from UShop Online Ltd, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy:

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 20 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
